And you're right! We do look like we're in our late 20's or 30's. Thanks for the compliment! However, we have been working as full-time, career realtors since 1994, age clue! In addition, we have weathered real estate market changes and recessions since we begin working in the mortgage industry in 1983. We've seen it all! We can remember when interest rates were 16%.
As far as Short sales are concerned, they are a new and complicated process to most people today, in particular, real estate professionals. Humbly speaking, we were closing short sale transactions in the 90's when they were known as "Short Pay-Offs".
