Darlene
Darlene started in the mortgage business in November 1983. She has worked as a Processor and Loan Closer for PSFS and Capital Mortgage Corporation. From there Darlene worked her way up to Settlement Supervisor and then Underwriter at Bell Savings Bank. Darlene received her real estate license in 1994 and has won several awards for her achievements with Coldwell Banker & RE/MAX.
Kevin
Before becoming a full-time mortgage and real estate professional, Kevin worked as Sales and Marketing Executives for Minolta Corporation, Chrysler Corporation, and The U. S. Chamber of Commerce. In 1986 Kevin became a Loan Officer with Capital Mortgage then with Freedom Mortgage Corporation. He received his real estate license in 1994 as well and has won several awards for his achievements with RE/MAX.
In March of 2004, we opened Stockdale Mortgage Corporation, a first and secondary mortgage brokerage firm located on City Avenue in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. In 2006, SMC employed 20 people including 9 Loan Officers. But unfortunately, like most mortgage companies around the world, SMC closed it’s doors in September of 2009 due to the U.S. mortgage crisis and economic down turn which forced all of their lenders to go out of business including Goldman Sachs and Countrywide Home Loans.
